How we check the facts, plans and prices on this site
Every fact on a network, airport or place page has a source on the page. Every plan and price is compared with the store before release.
- Sources on every page
- Prices checked before release
- Corrections welcome

The short answer
Facts come from the regulator, the networks, airport operators and official travel advice, listed on each page. The checked date is the day we last read those sources. Plans and prices are compared with the store's live page before every release.
Checked September 30, 2026
Where facts come from
From primary sources where they exist: Egypt’s telecom regulator, the networks’ own pages, airport operators, and the travel advice of the UK and Canadian governments. Climate figures come from the WMO normals for 1991 to 2020. A fact we cannot source is left out or marked as not confirmed.
What “checked” means
The date shown as checked is the day we last read the sources for that page. It is the same in every language.
Plans and prices
The plans and prices come from the store where you buy. Before every release, a check compares each plan’s code, days, data and price with the store’s live page in two languages, and stops the release if anything differs.
Steps and screenshots
Setup steps describe the settings by name. We number steps per phone only once they have been tested on that phone.
Corrections
If something is wrong, write to the address on the contact page. We correct it and update the checked date.
