Egypt eSIM refunds: when you get your money back

  • Full refund if it does not work
  • Ask while in Egypt
  • Back to your card

The short answer

You get a full refund if the eSIM is not delivered, or if it does not work and cannot be fixed. A working eSIM you no longer want is not refunded, and neither is one your phone cannot install. Ask the store's support while you are in Egypt, with your order page link.

What is refunded

A full refund when the eSIM does not work in Egypt and cannot be fixed, when it is not delivered, or when you are charged twice for one order.

What is not

A working eSIM, whether installed or not; a phone that is locked or cannot take an eSIM; data already used; and an eSIM deleted after it was installed.

How to ask

Write to the store’s support while you are in Egypt and within the plan’s validity, with the link to your order page, or the email address you paid with and the date of payment. If the line will not connect, include your phone model and screenshots, so the store can try to fix it first.

Where the money goes

Back to the card or method you paid with. Your bank decides when it appears. Purchases fall under the store’s own refund policy.
